Machine Description:

The Imeas PMC Model is a modular machine characterized by the presence
of a conveyor belt that allows to process plates of different lengths;
designed for stainless steel service centers, its compact size allows
to combine several of these units to achieve high production rates.

Imeas SuperMirror machines put the art of polishing to its maximum
expression, giving to the processed surface a beautiful, homogeneous
aspect with an high Gloss grade. Unlike the so called "buffing" system,
Imeas SuperMirror machines achieve a non directional mirror finish,
or "Super no.8". This result is obtained by means of a special polishing
compound that is gently buffed on the surface using a soft pad which
combines rotation and oscillation movements. The use of different kind
of pads or even abrasive disks transforms this machine into a "soft grinder"
for the intermediate preparation of plates that had been ground using
abrasive belts. As the polishing compound is free of both synthetic
and animal fat, the mirror polished plate just needs to be simply rinsed
with clean water and dried.
