Two (2) – (2.5” x 4”) diameter clamp cylinders with adjustable stroke mounted to swivel arms

One (1) – (4” x 2.5”) diameter upset cylinder with adjustable stroke

Mechanical stop for adjusting the amount of upset

Four-way solenoid operated valves, speed regulators, hose and related hardware

Filter, regulator and lubricator

Replaceable upper serrated jaws

Replaceable lower copper dies.

Equipped with a brand new ENTRON Model EN6001-1200C Microprocessor Type Welding Control with a 1200 ampere water cooled SCR firing contactor. Control is mounted on the right-hand side of the welder frame, inter-wired and tested as a unit for 3,000 weld cycles.
